Looker Studio, formerly Google Data Studio, is a free dashboard and report builder. It connects directly to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, BigQuery and Google Sheets, and to other platforms through partner connectors.
PPC managers use it to build client or management reports that update themselves: spend, clicks, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, with date controls and filters. Reports are shared by link like a Google Doc.
Google sources connect for free. Data from Meta, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and others usually needs a paid partner connector such as Supermetrics or Windsor.ai. Keep reports simple and agree on which conversion numbers they show, since ad platforms and analytics tools count conversions differently and the same report can show two figures for the same thing.
